As a Business Development Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and positioning Dharthi Digitals as a strategic digital partner. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries
  • Generate leads through networking, outreach, and referrals
  • Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements
  • Present Dharthi Digitals’ services and solutions effectively
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Build long-term client relationships and support account growth

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales (digital/agency experience
    preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and propose solutions
  • Result-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with targets and performance metrics
